We are looking for two Regulatory Compliance Officers to join our growing team. 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Maintain the company's existing portfolio of licences to ensure regulatory obligations are met
  • Serve as a point of contact by providing informed regulatory advice to the business
  • Submit reports to regulators / other authorities as required by each applicable jurisdiction
  • Assist in translating cross-jurisdictional regulations into regulatory requirements
  • Assist with compliance projects as needed and supporting new market entries
  • Keep up to date with remote gaming regulations to flag any relevant changes or risk
  • Liaising with regulators as needed
  • Review and sign off marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Draft and update marketing compliance processes to reflect changes in legislation
  • Proactively carry out internal marketing and compliance reviews
  • Provide regular training to internal teams 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years as a Regulatory Compliance officer, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in dealing with different regulatory frameworks
  • Experience translating law into practical requirements
  • Ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Excellent document control
  • Capable of training others and share your knowledge in a confident manner
  • Naturally inquisitive, analytical, highlighting risks based on findings
  • Strong research skills
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative in all parts of the operation
  • Have a proactive approach and propose improvement to existing processes
