We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our growing our Italy Team

Are you one of us?


  • Sales Management that will be 60-70% focussed in the Italian market but will also help in some other surrounding countries
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve and maximise sales targets in his/her region and expand customer base
  • Managing a sales pipeline, supporting commercial objectives and including the identification of opportunities to qualify and close
  • Attending trade shows and networking events nationally and internationally 
  • Our ideal candidate sees the big picture: you have a big heart for people and a passion to create wonderful workplaces that nurture personal growth and inspire collaboration. Your exceptional people skills and ability to communicate across borders and cultures makes you one of us. In addition, you are a leader. Your past experience leading teams will inform the leadership skills and relationship guidance that you give to our other leaders. You are all of that, in one go.


  • The candidate should be native Italian and speak fluent English. Other languages are a plus.
  • We need someone very proactive and responsible, that is able to work remotely and independently but that also wants to become part of our family and feels our "corporate vibe"
  • Based in Italy and be able to travel on a frequent basis 
  • He/she should have great social skills and ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships


  • Gaming Industry experience is not mandatory but would be nice to have
  • B2B sales experience would be good
  • Ambitious and high-performing goal oriented 
  • Ability to meet targets and deliver results
