Account Manager ASIA

We are looking for passionate and experienced Account Manager for Asia. 

As an Account Manager-ASIA at Play'n GO, you will:

  • Research on potential clients, convert them to leads and strategize with the team to convert them to new sales.
  • Work with technical integration team to initiate the project and ensure a smooth and seamless integration journey in meeting the agreed go live date.
  • Ensure accounts are provided with accurate and timely game information such as roadmap, game details matrix and game assets. 
  • Inform and educate accounts of game related information including updates and system maintenance.
  • Grow accounts by creating and offering acquisition and retention promotions. Ensure such promotions are planned with proper ROI calculations.
  • Work closely with partner support team in providing the best after sales experience in the industry.
  • Define and raise key feature requests to product owners.
  • Hold regular client meetings and get client feedback. Be the contact point for any key urgent issues.
  • Maintaining collaborative and winning relationship with the clients.
  • Attend in industry related networking events, exhibits and conferences both local and international. 

You MUST have:

  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Problem solving and issue management.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Can speak Mandarin or Thai
  • Project management.
  • Data analysis.
  • Able to travel regularly.

It would be a plus if you:

  • Account Management or Sales experience from the gaming industry.
  • Working experience from a provider or an operator are both relevant.
  • Academic background: Business Management or similar.
