Technical Support

Technical Support at Play’n GO is responsible for managing technical aspects of our service. The Technical Support agent will work closely with our NOC department to solve client issues in a timely manner by providing top-quality technical service and to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and Service Level Agreements are met.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:
• Respond promptly and effectively to incoming or outgoing communication through the ticketing system and exhibiting high levels of attention to detail 
• Provide technical support to our Play’n GO clients
• Ensure that client issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner and within SLAs
• Provide feedback with regards to recurring client issues to Team Leaders and relevant internal department where applicable
• Work closely with other departments in the organization such as Operations, Devs and Account Management 
• Job involves working shifts/ nights and weekends
• Possibility of growth within the company

Essential Skills & Experience: 
• Excellent spoken and written English 
• Server to Server log analysis
• A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Working night and early morning shifts 
• Organized and punctual
