What the role entails:
Some of the key responsibilities of our Marketing Coordinator will be:
1. Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, including but not limited to game launches, trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events, managing timelines, logistics, and vendor relationships.
2. Merchandise Projects:
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop and coordinate merchandise projects that align with the brand strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end process of merchandise creation, from conceptualization and design to production and distribution.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of branded merchandise, maintaining brand guidelines.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design, commercial and external vendors
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address any challenges that may arise.
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.
4. Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, providing support in creating content, collateral, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment between online and offline marketing efforts.
Given the nature of our fast-paced business, other ad-hoc duties will be required from time to time.
What we ask of you:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing coordination, with a focus on events and merchandise projects
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing tools
