HR Business Partner

A new opportunity to join Play'n GO growing HR team within the Employee Experience Department is now open for the role of HR Business Partner for a temp position that can lead to a permanent position. We 're seeking for you who is inspired by delivering first-class HR services and wants to be a part of an international team. The position demands excellent hands-on as well as an analytical approach and the ability to see the big picture. The ideal candidate is an ambitious "doer" who likes to see results and is capable of working independently.

As part of our dynamic HR team you will be working for the fastest growing and fun-to-work-at casino games producers in the world!  

Key Qualifications:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Management or similar discipline
  • 3+ years of experience from working in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment
  • Good understanding of the Swedish Employment Law
  • Preferably, experience from fast growing business
  • Communications and People management skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Excellent team work skills and ability to adapt

Description:

  • Responsible for recruitment, guiding candidates and employees from on- to off boarding 
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
  • Responsible for the Swedish laws and regulations within the HR field
  • Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information 
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • With the current Swedish and global team setting up and alignment of policy and processes, from initial work to implemented routines 
  • Support and guide managers and employees in all HR related questions
  • Together with our current global HR team develop work processes and procedures
