We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our growing team !
Hours: Full Time
Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from Spain

What the role entails:
Some of the key responsibilities of our Key Account Manager will be:
- Define, drive and execute the existing customer and market strategy.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements, while list selling, up-selling and cross-selling Play’n GO gaming solutions.
- Responsible for all communication to and from clients with the goal of continuously developing and improving a strong and long-term relationship.
- Drive and execute the planning of customer and market growth enablers - Oversees that product offer, contract and business model is adjusted to provide the most profitable relationship.
- Explains the functionality of new game and software releases to operators and how to best monetize new features.
- Provides product managers and product owners with customer feedback, requesting and understanding the market dynamics and underlaying customer growth factors.
What we ask of you
- +5 years’ experience from the iGaming industry in key account management.
- Strong negotiation skills with exceptional customer service skills
- Fluent in English, outstanding communication skills, and very organized.
- Proven track record in sales & revenue growth performance with a customer-centric focus.
- Problem-solving and a can-do attitude.Key
- Be willing to travel internationally in line with business needs to attends industry conferences and networking events as a representative of Play’n GO.
