We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our growing team in the Philippines
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitors all production networks, servers, applications, and services. Responds/troubleshoots alerts according to standard processes
- Tracks and manages incident tickets fully to ensure proper operational metrics are captured and maintained
- Collaborates with various teams for issues resolution
- Executes documented runbooks as documented for diagnosis and remediation of issues.
- Maintains, escalates, and updates NOC-related tickets
- Maintains a good standard of providing information internally when it comes to ongoing/resolved issues
- Maintains and suggests improvements to the incident and problem processes
- Creates and maintains knowledge base articles, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- Knowledge of networking troubleshooting
- Must have experience working on Windows Servers and MS SQL Server environments
- Knowledge of server administration
- Experience in working with monitoring tools
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of analysing logs and troubleshooting issues
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, needed for delivery of information both to technical and non-technical teams
- Team player
- Highly motivated, positive attitude, eager to learn new skills and technologies.
- Previous experience in the gaming industry will be considered an asset
Preferences:
- Self-driven and results-oriented with strong will to succeed. A naturally organized person with determination to deliver excellence.
- Excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively.
- A strong team player who can obtain positive visibility and credibility quickly and contribute to the overall success of Play’n GO.
- Proven problem-solving skills to view problems as challenges and turn them into viable solutions.
- High level of integrity and ethical approach, able to inspire trust and a transparent way of doing business.
- Ability to adapt to change and act as a change champion - leading by example.
- Ability to quickly understand the business and its issues through established business acumen, taking ownership and developing and executing a solution.
- Experience of communicating & building relationships remotely and working in multicultural environments.
