Digital Innovation Technologist

We need a strategic Digital Innovation Technologist like you to sharpen our cutting edge.

Main responsibilities:

• Proactively engage within the business to showcase Digital innovation to senior stakeholders, in topics of IT efficiencies, benefits and business value add
• Drive innovation and integration of innovative technologies and initiatives into projects and activities within various business workstreams and departments
• Attend opportunity and strategy meetings to assist with and guide decision making
• Identify and implement improvements, time saving and cost-effective changes
• Work with stakeholders through the entire project development lifecycle. Documenting existing processes and re-engineering complex processes into viable solutions for the business
• Introduce automation as a key enabler that underpins the business and improves daily business processes across all departments
• Provide a culture which inspires collaboration and innovation, via an established set of digital business services and offerings to support the Digital First strategy
• Provide technical guidance and expertise on projects and to wider IT department, upskilling knowledge for increased awareness
• Develop and deliver innovative technology/tools into the business, to time, budget, producing and deliverables of a high quality
• Support the innovation team and wider IT department to agreed design approaches and work collaboratively to develop innovation solutions
• Identify business process to automate as well as designing, configuring, and integrating Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate

Requirements:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Analytical skills – scoping reporting requirements, translate requirements to MS Power Apps
• Ability to improve and develop new processes, procedures, and good practice guidance to meet changing needs.
• Ability to create user journeys and service blueprints to design services
• Ability to think and plan strategically
• Collaborative approach to teamwork
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing
• Ability to demonstrate troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques
• Demonstrable experience with rapid prototyping using a variety of tools and methods
• Good attention to detail and ability to show initiative
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload without supervision
• Ability to demonstrate troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques
• Ability to manage and perform under pressure to meet SLA’s
• Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm

Preferences:

• Experience from the online gambling space
• Experience working for an innovative, multi-cultural, global company
