The role entails support of daily technical requests for the business on a global scale and to deliver quality technical support for devices and applications. You would be a part of a small Internal IT department that is currently managing and supporting a fast-growing company with a lot of focus on cloud services and resources in Europe and Asia.

Who you are
We are looking for someone that’s service minded and with prior experience working in an internal IT support providing service to our employees. We want you to be a responsible and motivated team player that understands the importance of detail and honesty and to never forget the smile at home.

Responsibilities & Duties


  • Take ownership of support cases
  • On/Off boarding of users.
  • Support the business globally
  • Microsoft Windows Support
  • Application Support
  • End-User Support
  • Documentation / Knowledge base
  • Training / Personal Development

Primary

  • First point of contact
  • 1st / 2nd Level Tech support
  • On/Off boarding of new employees

Secondary

  • Assist 3rd Level support
  • Training / Personal Development
  • IT Security application and monitoring

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience


  • 2+ Years work experience in a Service Desk
  • Good verbal and written English
  • Microsoft Active Directory Experience
  • ITIL v2/3 certification is a plus
  • Experience working with Azure / Amazon Web Services is a plus
