  • Manage team to ensure high performance by meeting/aligning business goals   
  • Focus the team on the effective execution of delivery and strategy  
  • Increase and enhance out automated test coverage 
  • Creation of metrics to assure that high coverage of test automation is achieved 
  • Uphold and advocate the Company values and adherence to Company culture and regulations  
  • Ensure team’s compliance with processes and aligns activities 
  • Communicate and lead change
  • Ensure standards, advocate best practices and promote innovation within the competence area   
  • Advocate Agile and Lean practices  
  • Facilitate communication between team members  
  • Synchronize with QA Evangelist regarding test strategy, test case management, test automation, device purchase and QA tools
  • Regularly provide and receive open and constructive feedback on performance, behaviour and skills  
  • Encourage direct reports for self-development, mentor teammates both personally and professionally 
  • Enhance team’s competence and skills through training plans 
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews according to the company’s current policies and processes and in cooperation with Human Resources and Reporting Manager  
  • Function as the escalation point for members within the team 
  • Escalate employee issues to Human Resources 
  • Drive recruitment activities for the team 
  • Travel domestically and/or internationally for business as needed  

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience 

  • At least 5 years of QA engineer working experience  
  • Experience managing a team of 5+  
  • Experience in both engineering and coaching  
  • Experience designing and developing automated testing 
  • Ability to communicate with excellent English, written and spoken
  • A collaborative mindset to help others to achieve common success  
  • Ability to motivate others with a positive attitude  
  • A curiosity to learn about innovations in QA and revelations in leadership 
  • A mindset for Continuous Improvement 
  • Good problem-solving skills to quickly identify, rectify and satisfy situations
  • Structured software development and software life-cycle methods 
  • Strong interest in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A sharp attention to details and a profound delight in accuracy
  • Flexible and as stress-resistant as humanly possible


  • Experience working with GUI object recognition and customization 
  • Knowledge of Device testing Cloud solution 
  • Good and deep understanding of Agile software development processes  
  • Game testing experience  
  • IGaming industry experience  
  • Git & TeamCity & Octopus & JIRA  
  • Experience using distributed version control
