We need a versatile Project & Asset Manager like you to supercharge our Global IT Group*.

Main responsibilities:

Project Responsibilities

•Proactively support owners and stakeholders to ensure project progression and direction

•Plan and define the scope of projects as stakeholder

•Coordinate risk evaluation of projects and ensure a mitigation or contingency plan exists where needed

•Responsible for progress updates and tracking in our project management system

•Owner of department’s project management process and system

•Maintain project management documentation

•Report to management periodically

•Prepare a communication plan, ensure healthy communication, both horizontally and vertically

•Continuously improve the project management system and process

Asset Responsibilities

•Design and implement an asset management system and procedures

•Coordinate with stakeholders to analyse, review and track asset data

•Manage processes for acquisition, deployment, utilization, tracking, and final disposition of IT assets

•Analyse and report inventory status for hardware and software assets

•Monitor software licenses to ensure they comply with license agreements and usage standards

•Collaborate with management to define cost savings, asset compliances and service improvements

•Ensure audit compliance for the IT assets

•Guide and support the business in administrating our asset management system and process

•Owner of the asset management system and process

 

Requirements:

Proven working experience in project/asset management

Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

 

Preferences:

Jira experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification or equivalent experience.

One or more security certifications such as Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Systems Manager (CISM)

*Covid-19 Update:  Many of us are working from home during this pandemic but interviewing and hiring are still urgent for us. We’re growing. Our Project & Asset Manager will need to live near our office in either London England, Växjö Sweden, Sliema, Malta or Budapest, Hungary. There is also flexibility to work remotely on a regular basis.
