Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Delivering 1st & 2nd level technical support for devices, applications and end-users during normal office hours
•Taking ownership and solving cases from our colleagues on a global scale via Tickets/voice/chat/email
•On- and off-boarding of users
•Providing end-user support
•Creating and maintaining knowledge documentations
•Monitoring IT alerts
•Participating in IT-related projects
•Proven work experience in a relevant field
•Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Amazon Web Services
•Be a professional, detail-oriented, confident, self-starter with organizational skills
•Keep calm under pressure
•MCE and/or MCP certificate
•Jira Service Desk experience
•ITIL v3/4 certificate
